Children Ages 0 - 2 Years Old

Your child is welcome in our church nursery! We believe that your baby's first experiences at church should be happy and secure. So we have developed a very special church nursery where your child will be loved and cared for during our regular worship services.

The Christian adults and helpers who serve in our church nursery were chosen for their loving and gentle dispositions. They consider their time with your child to be a ministry both to you and to your little one. We wish to join hands with you and share in training your child in God's love. We hope to help as you lay the foundations of faith and trust which will prepare your child for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

We recognize the importance of the early years of life when first impressions of church and God are being formed. With your cooperation, our volunteers will do all they can to make "church time" an enjoyable and growing experience for your child. Even the tiniest baby can be exposed to God's love through the caring touch of Christians who tend to his needs.

Children Ages 2 - 5 Years Old

Welcome to our Pre-K Sunday School and Wednesday evening classrooms where children range in age from 2 years old to 5 years old. Our goal is to teach and introduce Jesus and the Bible to your child through Radiant Life and other Christ-centered curriculum.

Some of our activities include crafts, coloring, praying and singing praise and worship songs. Children learn to say, "May I please...", "Thank-you" and "You are welcome", as well as the concept of sharing. We review colors, numbers, shapes and memory verses. We have fun activities where we use the four learning styles to reach each child. They are Seeing, Hearing, Touching and Moving.

We help shape the experiences of children that will bring about healthy, Christ-like character development. There are also quarterly PARENT Letters that offer suggestions on learning at home and stories and activities for you to share with your child and family.

We hope you will bring your child to our classroom. We are not just a baby-sitting service but take our charge very seriously in helping to bring the children up in the ways they should go. You will, in turn, find you are more relaxed and can enjoy the main service.
