SENIOR PASTORS – Ed & Debbie Keaton
Pastors Ed and Debbie have been married for 40 years and involved in ministry for 35. Many of those years have been spent planting new churches and training pastors. Pastor Ed was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 1987 and truly enjoys mentoring young ministers. Pastor Debbie, who has 16 years teaching experience and a M.Ed., currently serves as the principal of Ridge Christian Academy. They came to Davenport with a heart to build a ‘Church for the Nations’ that would minister to people from all walks of life, and they rejoice daily as they see God fulfilling that vision.
ASSOCIATE PASTOR – Robert Keaton III
Robert Keaton III has been actively involved at Ridge Assembly since its beginning in 1998. He earned a BA in business from Warner Southern and a MA from Southeastern University. In 2004, he joined the Pastor’s staff. He aids the Sr. Pastor with administrative duties such as overseeing building maintenance and construction. Robert also oversees new guest contacts and plays the bass guitar in the worship band.
SENIOR ADULT PASTOR – Sonlighters – Ray McGaughey
Ray and his wife Linda moved to Florida from Indiana after a career in manufacturing management. They have been married for 44 years. He recently completed the pastoral requirements from Global University’s Berean Studies. They have three children and four grandchildren. They have been at the Ridge since the fall of 2009. Ray has a passion for missions and prayer & leads the senior’s ministry.
YOUTH PASTOR – Eric McDonald
Pastor Eric became a follower of Jesus Christ in March 1993 after watching a drama at his home church entitled Heaven’s Gates & Hell’s Flames. He was born and raised in Port Charlotte, FL. In 2006, Pastor Eric graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL with a Bachelor of Science degree in Church Ministries with Youth Ministry Concentration and is currently finishing up his Master’s Degree from SEU in Ministerial Leadership. He and his wife, Destiny, were married on October 6, 2007. Pastor Eric has been on staff at Ridge A/G since March 2007.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY COORDINATOR – Tina Cartwright
Tina Cartwright is a wife and mother of four children. She began attending Ridge Assembly in October 2004 after moving to Davenport from Dallas, Texas. After attending one service at Ridge Assembly, her family immediately felt this was the church God had placed them at and they began serving as a family. Her husband is an active member of the Praise & Worship Team using his talents to play the drums and keyboard. He also serves on the Pastor’s Council and leads the Creative Team. Tina accepted the Children’s Ministry Coordinator position in August 2009, but had been serving as the Nursery Coordinator since January 2007. She has 13 years of children’s ministry experience as a volunteer in the nursery and preschool. In her free time she also serves as a volunteer with the Guardian Ad Litem program to make a difference in her community and in the lives children.
WORSHIP PASTOR – Leovi Delector
Pastor Leovi has served in music ministry for 14 years and is a gifted musician and songwriter. He truly has a heart for worship and each week we are ushered into the presence of God. He, along with our Praise and Worship team, lead us in an exciting time of worship and praise.
